Branch Manager – ManagementI started working at Academic Work at the beginning of 2011 as a part-time Staffing and Recruitment Assistant. I really valued having a part-time job like that during my university studies, and I was thrilled to continue as a Consultant Manager after my graduation in 2014. In my role as a Consultant Manager, I assisted our clients with their recruitment needs and worked closely with my consultants, supporting and coaching them. This role sparked my interest in leadership, and I began my leadership journey, first as a Team Manager within operations, then as an Operations Manager for the operations department, and now I work as a Branch Manager. My goal is to achieve results through others in their roles.
The best thing about working at Academic Work is definitely the amazing people and the culture at Academic Work is the main reason I love working here and why I have been here for over a decade!
