I started to work at Academic Work at the beginning of 2016 as a part-time Staffing and Recruitment Assistant. I really appreciated having a part-time job like that, during my University studies and I was really pleased to be able to proceed as a Recruitment Consultant after my graduation in 2018. In my role as a Recruitment Consultant (RC) I help our clients with their recruitment needs – both existing and new clients in close collaboration with my Account Manager colleagues. Right now I'm working as a Team Manager within sales and operations. My goal is to create results through my team members within their roles.
The best thing, working at Academic Work is actually all great people – ambitious, warm, and fun to be with. It is hard to put a word on something like a company culture – but let me ensure you that the culture of Academic Work is the main reason why I love working here and why I have been working here for six years!
