I started to work at Academic Work at the beginning of 2016 as a part-time Staffing and Recruitment Assistant. I really appreciated having a part-time job like that, during my University studies and I was really pleased to be able to proceed as a Recruitment Consultant after my graduation in 2018. In my role as a Recruitment Consultant (RC) I help our clients with their recruitment needs – both existing and new clients in close collaboration with my Account Manager colleagues. Since then I have been working as 
a Team Manager within sales and operations, and now I work as a Branch Manager. My goal is to create results through my team members within their roles.

The best thing, working at Academic Work is actually all great people – ambitious, warm, and fun to be with. It is hard to put a word on something like a company culture – but let me ensure you that the culture of Academic Work is the main reason why I love working here and why I have been working here for eight years!
