Hello!

My name is Karl. In the summer of 2021 I finished my HR-Management studies in Kalmar, and moved straight back to Örebro where work at Academic Work awaited me. I have always known that working with people is the thing for me. As a Consultant Manager I have the ability to influence both customer's as well as candidate's career, which gives me such a kick. I have a great responsibility for the entire recruitment process. When a consultant gets hired for an assignment I am responsible for all parts of his or her's employment.

The best thing about Academic Work, as a work place, is that they are super adaptive. Whenever you feel like something is not as good as it could be, you are always welcome to raise your voice. To have that ability to make an impact really makes me feel listen to and cared for.
